Florence Cocktail Week returns to Florence from April 7 to 13, 2025. The 2025 edition of the seven days of widespread events, organized and directed by Paola Mencarelli, aims to highlight Tuscan signature mixology. Great emphasis will therefore be given to the Florentine resident Bartenders with the introduction of the "Barkeeper FCW" initiative and to the Tuscany Cocktail Week Cocktail Bars which will arrive in Florence with their own Pop-Up Bars, but also to the trends of contemporary mixology, with Wellness Signature Cocktail FCW25, a Low ABV or Alcohol Free Drink included in the same Cocktail List as the FCW25 Signatures.
